About NSUT-IIF

The Incubation & Innovation Foundation (IIF) at NSUT is the official entrepreneurship and startup cell of the university. We empower students to transform ideas into impactful ventures by connecting them with mentors, investors, and industry leaders. At IIF, you will find opportunities to explore creativity, collaborate with like-minded peers, and gain hands-on experience in building, managing, and scaling real-world projects.

Recruitment Guidelines

Eligibility: Open to 1st and 2nd year students of NSUT (all branches).
No prior experience required — only curiosity, creativity, and commitment.
Deadline: Submit the application form before 10th September, 11:59 PM.

Departments You Can Apply For

Operations – Planning and executing events, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth functioning of initiatives.
Public Relations (PR) – Handling communication, outreach, and external collaborations.
Content – Creating blogs, articles, event writeups, and campaigns.
Sponsorship & Collaboration – Building partnerships, securing sponsorships, and industry networking.
Design & Social Media – Designing graphics, branding, and managing digital presence.
Tech – Developing and maintaining digital platforms, tools, and automation.

Important Note

You can apply to only one department per form submission.
If you are interested in multiple departments, please submit separate responses.
Once selected, you may also get opportunities to work cross-functionally across different departments.

Selection Process

1. Application Screening

Initial shortlisting based on the responses submitted in the form.

2. Department-Specific Task

Shortlisted candidates will be given a task relevant to the department they applied for, to assess skills and creativity.

3. Interview

Final round to evaluate interest, mindset, and suitability for working with the team.
